Crystal and Metal Tibetan Bowl Sound class.

Please feel free to bring your Crystal or Metal Tibetan Singing Bowls to this class so you can gain a stronger connection with your bowls. We will start out with a small sound meditation. We will briefly discuss how singing bowls were discovered and made. I will show you a few ways of playing your bowl and how you can benefit using bowls for self meditation practices.
Types of mallets, playing styles and octaves will be discussed. We will end by everyone playing the bowls in a group setting.
If you do not have a bowl and want to learn to play one so you can buy one, you are welcome to attend.
We will have a few extra bowls, but it will be first come first serve on what we have.
