Crystal and Metal Tibetan Bowl Sound class.
Saturday October 7th from 12pm to 1:30pm..... $20
This class will be held before Dave's Sound Meditation Concert that starts at 4pm on the same date.
Please feel free to bring your Crystal or Metal Tibetan Singing Bowls to this class so you can gain a stronger connection with your bowls. We will start out with a small sound meditation. We will briefly discuss how singing bowls were discovered and made. I will show you a few ways of playing your bowl and how you can benefit using bowls for self meditation practices.
Types of mallets, playing styles and octaves will be discussed. We will end by everyone playing the bowls in a group setting.
If you do not have a bowl and want to learn to play one so you can buy one, you are welcome to attend.
We will have a few extra bowls, but it will be first come first serve on what we have.

Happening after " Learn to play a Singin Bowl " Class
Join our resident Sound Healer Dave, (Atlantean Sound Healing) as he balances and restores your energy during this Group Healing Session. Sound is a very powerful tool when it comes to Healing. Every atom within you body vibrates to it's own frequency. These atoms make up every organ, muscle tissue and cell within your body. We will use sound to breakdown and remove blocks, balance the chakras, open the Pranic Tube and repair your Auric Field.
This Sound Healing modality is not based on any religious belief system and works with everyone's energy. Dave will be using Tibetan Singing Bowls, various Crystal Singing bowls along with Miracles of Joy's 23 inch Crystal Singing Bowl and other instruments to bring in healing energy.
You are welcome to bring a blanket or yoga mat for the floor. Chairs will be available as well
