During this workshop you'll discover:
• The history and origins of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls
• How sound vibration interacts with the body and energy field
• Different types of bowls, mallets, and playing techniques
• How bowl size, tone, and octave influence the healing experience
• Techniques for meditation, relaxation, and personal energy work
• Tips for building a deeper relationship with your own bowls
The class begins with a relaxing Sound Bath Meditation, allowing you to experience the healing frequencies before learning the techniques yourself. We'll conclude with a beautiful group sound experience where everyone will have the opportunity to play together and experience the power of collective vibration.
Bring Your Own BowlsIf you already own Crystal or Tibetan Singing Bowls, you're encouraged to bring them! This is a wonderful opportunity to become more comfortable with your instruments and learn techniques you can continue using at home.
