Free Domestic Shipping guarantee on orders $100 and up. Currently only Selling within the United States. 3 to 5 Business days processing time to ship your package. All orders will arrive via U.S.P.S (United States Postal Service).
Cost of shipping for orders under $100 will be based on weight and size of package.

RETURNS: To qualify for a return, you must contact Miracles of Joy at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your package. Photos of the damaged or incorrect items must be emailed to the forementioned email address within 24 hours of delivery. Miracles of Joy cover the return cost of shipping for damaged or incorrect items shipped. Once items are received and inspected by Miracles of Joy staff, a refund or correct items will be shipped out at the expense of Miracles of Joy. Miracles of Joy will not accept returns or refunds for items that were accidently purchased. Miracles of Joy will work with our customers to ensure damaged or incorrect packaged items are addressed.
REFUNDS: Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of delivery for purchased items. Delivery times may be verified through the USPS Tracking portal. Pictures of the items packed before taping box for shipping and picture of package before shipping required for refund. Requesting a refund after 24 hours voids Refund Request. Items that WILL NOT qualify for a refund are, non-fluid items, bath products, soaps, waters, sprays, and herbs which cannot be shipped back to Miracles of Joy. All Delivered items that are not part of the exemption list mentioned above, must be shipped back and customer will pay for shipping of returned goods. Refunds will be given back to the customer once items have been returned and inspected by Miracles of Joy staff. Any items that were shipped and not properly packaged resulting in damage VOIDS the refund or return policy and the customer WILL NOT receive a refund or replacement goods. Returning of Product.
Damaged Product during Transport must be reported to Miracles of Joy within 24 hours of Delivery. Miracles of Joy can Verify delivery through Tracking Portal from Carrier. Pictures of the damaged box must be taken as evidence for Carrier Insurance company in order to Qualify for a Refund or Return. Failure to do so within the listed time limited VOIDS your claim.

In order to Return your Incorrect Products, please use proper packaging materials to guarantee that items do not get damaged during transport. Items should be wrapped in Bubble wrap, newspapper / packing paper / packing peanuts and package must be sealed with enough tape to ensure secure transport. Miracles fo Joy will not honor any Claim where poorly packaged items are returned and are damaged during transit to Miracles of Joy.
Pictures of wrapped products must be taken before box is sealed up with tape to ensure proper packaging and sent to [email protected]. |
