If you, as the client, cannot contact us back you within 40 hours of payment (24 listed plus 16 business hours) you, the customer, agree to forfeit your payment and release Miracles of Joy from all legal obligations. Payments for missed appointments go to: * scheduling of the reader, *card processing fees, * misc operations, * employee wages for time spent making contact.
