My personal yoga practice began at the age of 17 and since then I have gone on to become a certified yoga instructor and a licensed massage therapist, however, my path wasn't as simple and straight forward as that.
I was a hair stylist for 14 years, and over the course of that time, I started to feel less like myself, and more negative. I had a realization that I was picking up my clients energies, but not cleansing my own in any healthy manner. That's when I really started to turn back to my yoga and meditation practice. I left the hair industry altogether in 2018, and a little while after that, I chose to not only deepen my personal practice, but to give back by becoming certified to teach yoga.
My desire to provide stress relief, and healing to others also led me to become a licensed massage therapist, and it has been so rewarding! I truly enjoy being able to help people begin their healing journeys through the physical work of massage therapy, yoga and guided meditation, as well as the emotional relief and release that accompany these wonderful practices!
As of August 2024, I have opened my own private practice where I provide massage therapy, yoga private lessons and guided meditation sessions.
