IF you do not provide a valid phone number or email address, and the Reader or MOJ staff cannot make contact to schedule your session within 24 hours after your purchase, you will not be refunded your payment. Please do not purchase a session if you do not have the next 24 hours free for a phone call. If a reader does not contact you within the 24 hours, please call 972.221.8080 or email us at [email protected]
CONTACT: Miracles of Joy and or the Contracted Psychic will attempt contact ( 4 times) within 16 business hours ( 2 business days ). If you, as the client, cannot contact us back you within 40 hours of payment (24 listed plus 16 business hours) you, the customer, agree to forfeit your payment and release Miracles of Joy from all legal obligations. Payments for missed appointments go to: * scheduling of the reader, *card processing fees, * misc operations, * employee wages for time spent making contact.
