House Clearings & Blessings

House blessings are defined as rites performed to cleanse and protect a home from unwanted energies, cleansing bad luck and refilling the space with positive energy.
 
        A house blessing or cleansing can be beneficial for many situations. Whether you’re experiencing unwanted energy in your home, moving into a new home or feeling uncomfortable where you live, a house blessing may be what you need.
We often clear with Sage, however in more extreme cases may have other recommendations. We will always go over these ahead of time with you.

House Clearings are Performed by Staff of Miracles of Joy or by our trusted partners who have work through Miracles of Joy for many years.  ​

INFORMATION TO CONSIDER BEFORE SCHEDULING A HOUSE BLESSING:

House or Business Clearings:

Pricing begins at $180 based on home or apartment starting at / up to 1,200 square feet (sq ft).
​A 6,000 square foot space can run up to $950.

Your Garage size is not included in the square footage of your home. If you wish to have your garage cleared, this could increase the price of a House Blessing.

Pricing fluctuates based on travel time & size of a home.
For those who live further than 20 miles from store location - an additional fee may be applied to cover the additional travel costs.

All material for the clearing is free of charge provided by Miracles of Joy which may include ( Sage, Herbal Blends, Incense, Charcoal, Cleansing Salts, Protective Crystals etc.)

Cancellations are done on a case by case basis. 
If an appointment is cancelled 24 hours before the  scheduled time,
70 percent of the total will be refunded.
The remaining 30% balance is applied to filing and clerical work during the negotiation process. 

**PLEASE NOTE**
Due to COVID-19, some policies have changed regarding house blessings. In order for a house blessing to take place, you must agree to the following:

• Internal doors and external windows must be open at arrival in order to limit unnecessary touching inside of the home.
• Members of the household are welcome & encouraged to follow staff through the house, however a 6 foot distance must be maintained at all times.
