Joy was guided to put together a class to help Children, Teens & Young Adults manage their energy. So, if you have a teenager who sees spirits, picks up energy from people around them, is overwhelmed by emotions or feelings then this is the workshop for you! Parents and Children alike will benefit from this class. We will cover the following, and you will some receive essential tools that can change your:

- Calling in your guides and angels and asking them to assist you
- Clearing your personal energy field
- Grounding
