Intro to EFT and Borrowing Benefits Workshop
Friday October 6th from 6 to 8pm... $25
FT (Emotional Freedom Techniques and often referred to as Tapping) is a
universal healing aid designed to discharge stuck energy from the nervous
system. Based on the ancient principles of acupuncture, EFT is a simple
tapping procedure that gently re-aligns the body’s energy system without the
use of needles. EFT results in amazing relief from a wide range of
discomfort, both emotional and physical. Founded by Gary Craig in 1990 and
now used worldwide, and in over 40 languages, EFT can be applied for various
healing opportunities.
Come with questions of how you would like to use this modality personally.
(Some examples: physical pain, for pets or children, limiting beliefs,
anxiety, addiction, spiritual growth, PTSD, allergies) I’ll cover each area
requested.
In addition learn how it works in a group. Borrowing Benefits, is the term
coined for tapping along with others for personal benefits, so that you can
utilize You Tube or audios or written tapping statements powerfully for your
own healing at any time.
This is an opportunity for everyone, experienced or not, to come
and experience shifts and healing from EFT.
Some issues are best resolved with an experienced practitioner,
and yet there is so much an individual can do for themselves with this
simple yet powerful tool. EFT is not to replace medical care, but to empower
individuals to reduce stress from their nervous system which creates space
for a healthier more comfortable experience in any area. Simple to learn,
tapping is a true gift.
