He is the frequency who is present during a private consultation. The Circle of One is a small intimate group of 10 to 12 people with the channeled frequency known as Malachite. We are all One and this Circle becomes the expression on Oneness. Malachite will lead you into an Altered State, where you become connected to the All That Is.
