Introduction to Astrology

Interested in Astrology? This workshop explains the basics of Astrology and the relevancy of the Zodiac today. The course will discuss the basic building blocks of Astrology. It explains the logic and progression of the signs of the Zodiac by incorporating gender, the four elements, and the modalities of each sign. Students will be introduced to the “power” points in a chart and the houses in the Placidus (the most common) system in Western Astrology.
This two-hour course is jam-packed with easy-to-understand and useful information that a new person to Astrology will appreciate. It will leave the newcomer wanting to investigate on their own. This approach simplifies the complexity of Astrology and allows the student to learn how to think like an Astrologer.
Each student will learn about the major aspects in their charts and the road map their birth information gives them to have a successful life. Students are asked to bring their birth information including the following: the date, time, and place of birth. Natal charts will be constructed and interpreted for students.
