$25 This class was designed with you in mind. You will learn how to calm the mind, connect to the energy and gain greater insight. Every class is structured exactly the same way, so missing one, is not a problem, come and share the energy the next time. Through channeling, we receive inspiration and knowledge when connecting to the higher self and the beyond. Whether just starting a journey or continuing the practice, this class provides spiritual and energetic growth. Classes begin with an opening prayer, grounding exercises, and two guided meditations. Attendees have an opportunity to share experiences, if you are open to it. Every class is unique, the participants' abilities and needs help tailor each class.
