The Astral Projection workshop is part of a series of Metaphysics for Life workshops presented by Psychic Medium John Cappello. Each Metaphysics for Life workshop offers practical information about a metaphysical discipline to the public with a commonsense perspective. Every class is designed for anyone with an interest in metaphysics to participate in. This workshop is an opportunity to learn about astral projections and why they are important. This workshop is divided into several sections.
Part One The Astral projection or an “out of body experience” (OBE) is defined by basic information about what it is and when it naturally occurs.
Part Two Discussion of safe practices when practicing this activity and why it can be part of a healthy lifestyle.
Part Three Presentation of one perspective of an OBE.
Part Four Practice of an Astral Projection experience using guided meditation.
Each participant is encouraged to share their personal experiences and give feedback to the class.
